Why Local?
Our goal here is to make food a local affair. It shouldn’t take a logistical rat’s nest of planes, trains, and automobiles to make a salad. By bringing the farm to our customers we can offer products that are fresher, tastier, and healthier than the competition. Our produce is bred for flavor, not to survive a 2,000-mile ride in a shipping container.
